Lead shifts and oversee all store operations in collaboration with the General Manager.;
Direct the work of team members, including managers and crew, to meet performance and quality standards.;
Coach and mentor employees to deliver consistent guest service and develop staff through personal development planning.;
Manage departments within the restaurant (People, Kitchen, and/or Guest Services) including scheduling, inventory, and training.;
Ensure food safety is maintained and that training procedures are up to date; assist with maintenance and emergency coverage with the General Manager.
