Detailer & Lot Porter hybrid role in a high‑fuel‑efficiency RV dealership. You’ll keep each RV spotless and ready for customers while moving units across the lot with care.

$16.00/hr

• Clean each RV thoroughly, inside and out, using vacuums, power washers, and polishing tools (training provided).
• Make RVs showroom‑ready and ensure they represent Blue Compass RV’s high standards.
• Safely move RVs across the lot or into service bays using forklifts or tow vehicles.
• Organize and maintain the lot, keeping it neat and ready for customers and deliveries.
• Support sales and service teams with vehicle staging, event setup, and basic inspections.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating a forklift or maneuvering large vehicles preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet most of the day.
• Strong work ethic, pride in cleanliness, organization, and safety.
