The Vice President, Chief Operations Officer shall provide executive leadership for the hospital’s daily operations, to ensure service excellence, high-quality clinical outcomes, and strong financial performance. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the COO will translate organizational strategy into operational execution while maintaining a relentless focus on quality, efficiency, and accountability. Through a collaborative, respectful, and results-driven leadership style, the COO will ensure the hospital has effective operational controls, administrative infrastructure, performance reporting, and talent systems in place to support growth, operational excellence, and long-term financial sustainability.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 5 years progressive experience in health care leadership experience, including at least 2 years in a senior management role. Demonstrated leadership experience in an acute care environment, including productivity improvement, cost management, program development, and quality performance initiatives strongly preferred. Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with the capacity to present complex information clearly and engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.

Active clinical licensure strongly preferred.
