The Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor is a permanent, full-time position used by various agencies. Positions are located in Montgomery. This is supervisory work of considerable difficulty in the maintenance, repair, and inspection of state aircraft. Employees in this class are responsible for supervising inspectors and mechanics and maintaining the overall condition of state aircraft, including determining applicability of Federal Aviation Administration and manufacturer's requirements to the aircraft operated.
