The Project Manager will manage customer project efforts and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lifecycle of complex projects lasting approximately six months or longer. The Project Manager will be an exceptional representative of Red River and maintain the highest standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness to customer requests. The Project Manager will be the main point of contact for our customers and will manage the day‑to‑day activities relating to the customer projects as required, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and execution of customer project requirements.
Completing projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction will be the Project Manager’s charter.
Additionally, the Project Manager will interface and manage the customer stakeholder team on all assigned projects and maintain a team schedule. This individual will report to the Senior Manager, Technical Transitions.
Primary Position Tasks- Assist with project structuring and planning during pre‑award and throughout full project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Manage non‑technical aspects of project delivery, including cost, performance, schedule, and quality.
- Lead project meetings and ensure cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and the Service Desk, understand their responsibilities and overall project objectives.
