The store manager is the store’s team leader. As the leader, you will be responsible for the store’s day to day operations. It will be your responsibility to delegate tasks, play off of your team members strengths while helping correct weaknesses, and have the ability to identify patterns and fix the recurring problems that could happen in any part of the store.
You will be expected to have (at least) a basic understanding of the many different aspects of your business.
- Delegating work so that all stay busy and overseeing all above jobs
- Ordering Parts and Supplies
- Overall, responsible for operations of store and management of employees
- Opening and closing when needed
- Oversee the appearance of store with special emphasis on retail area
- Oversee Manage flow of devices for repair
- Scheduling of entire staff, including technicians, office manager, and sales staff
- Stay current on industry trends
- Sales/developing and maintaining relationships with carrier employees
- Handles all Customer service issues
- Maintaining store filing system
- Participate in job interviews
- Handle RMA’s
- Estimate requests from Emails
- Facebook and other social Media Updates
- Payroll
- Keeping employees productive
- Passion for technology
- Experience repairing smartphones, PC/MACs, electronics and game consoles
- Quick and independent learner
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience
- Success achieving and surpassing sales goals
- Experience hiring, training, and developing new employees
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent
- Work well in team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or GED
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
- Must be willing to work at multiple locations during training
