Overview
Make a difference. As a Branch Supervisor, you will build new and strengthen existing customer relationships by promoting the Company’s products and services to maximize sales and gross margin.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain counter area through effective inventory management and strategic product placement.
- Ensure customer service commensurate with market requirements and Company’s customer service policy.
- Achieve market penetration to meet branch, district, and Company objectives.
- Provide or establish a training plan for all employees at location.
- Schedule, plan, and implement promotional activities in conjunction with suppliers.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience:
Some business experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance. - 4+ years of experience preferred:
Past supervisory or management experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance positions. - 4‑year degree preferred:
Business, management, administration, or finance. - Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in oral and written form.
- Ability to interface with all levels of external (customers, suppliers) and internal (employees, management) customers.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and influence others to achieve branch objectives.
Monday - Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm. Some travel required.
Compensation and IncentivesThe expected rate of pay for this position is $70,000 – $80,000 annually. This position is also incentive eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
