Job Summary
Parsons is looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee overall project delivery, procurement, and field management of an OCONUS large-scale project with complex logistical challenges on the Marshall Islands.
This position requires relocation to Kwajalein Atoll.
Responsibilities- Executing the delivery of complex construction on the Marshall Islands
- Working with architects and engineers to complete project design
- Assembling and managing the development of a strong project team
- Managing project meetings and client/trade partner relationships
- Tracking performance to meet and exceed schedule and financial goals
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field
- 10+ years of experience with vertical construction
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
- Demonstrated managerial capability with strong written and oral communication skills
