Manager, Volunteer Services, Gift Shop, & Senior Advantage

The Manager, Volunteer Services, Gift Shop, & Senior Advantage shall be responsible for overall and daily management of facility volunteers to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality in the performance of services and to comply with Baptist Health’s policies and procedures. This individual will also oversee the facility Gift Shop, including staffing, purchasing, and inventory, and will manage the Senior Advantage program including membership database, promotions, and fulfillment of membership benefits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field (required);
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ managerial and volunteer experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ grant writing or retail/merchandising experience (preferred).

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
• Strong team leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, proficient computer skills, proven track record of successful performance.
• Ability to understand complex multifactor situations and bring appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
