The Young Men’s Christian Association of Greater Montgomery is seeking a proactive Membership Director for the Bell Road YMCA in Montgomery, AL. You will lead membership services, oversee Childwatch, and drive member growth and retention in collaboration with the Branch Executive.
You’ll recruit and develop staff, manage memberships paperwork, monitor statistics, and coordinate newsletters and events to strengthen community engagement and program participation.
