Leadership Development Program

• Participate in a full-time company-sponsored Leadership Development Program
• Gain a systems perspective of Boeing by rotating across the company to learn about services, products, and value streams
• Lead teams of varying sizes in different situations and environments
• Build relationships with the LGO/Tauber alumni network at the company
• Rotate positions every 12–18 months
• Develop and execute projects and process plans
• Implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
• Acquire resources for projects and processes
• Provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
• Manage, develop, and motivate assigned teams

• Currently enrolled in, or a graduate of, the Leaders for Global Operations Graduate Degree Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)
• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of Boeing's internal course “Exploring Leadership”
• Experience supporting business operations (or a similar position) for a global organization
• Experience collaborating across functions and organizational levels
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports
• Experience in a role requiring excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to constantly evolving priorities
• Successful candidates must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
• Must complete an assessment as part of the selection process
• Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
• Subject to post-offer testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria are met
