We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our homecare services in Montgomery, AL. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing a team of homecare providers, coordinating client care plans, and ensuring the highest level of quality and compassionate care for our clients.
Responsibilities- Recruit, hire, and train homecare providers
- Develop and implement client care plans
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Manage scheduling and assignments for homecare providers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Previous experience in homecare management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of homecare regulations and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
