The ideal candidate will provide technical and leadership support for Cold Roll Mill electricians and mechanics to meet the business goals of Arcelor Mittal Calvert.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations Management or similar 4-year degree, 4+ years of Military leadership experience, or 4+ years’ experience in increasing responsibility roles in industrial or steel mill
• 3-5 years’ experience working in an Arcelor Mittal Calvert Maintenance Department or industry equivalent
• Strong understanding of maintenance practices and heavy industrial equipment
• Sound experience with SAP MEP, MS Word, and Excel
• Must be willing to lead by example and provide accountability for direct reports

• Technical training in maintenance and related fields highly desired
