BASICPURPOSEOFPOSITION:Willoperateandmaintainequipment,movematerial,maintainhousekeepingandsafetystandards.
MAJORDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:- Operatealltireline,balancing,sequencing(location specific),materialhandlingandother linepositions as required.
- Offloaddeliveriesoftires,wheelsandotherrawmaterials.
- Inspecttires,wheels,otherpartsandfinishedassembliesaccordingtoinspectionstandardsandfrequenciesprescribed.
- Operatematerialhandling,sequencing,andfinishedassemblyloadingsystems.
- Completeallworkingdocumentation,records,reports,etc.as requested.
- Perform troubleshooting,problemsolvingandcountermeasureactivitiesasnecessary.
- Keepthework environmentsafeandcleanatalltimes.
- Otherdutiesasassigned.
