Network Specialist - OSP Construction

• Coordinate and supervise outside plant field construction and splicing operations across multiple locations
• Provide technical support for special projects and ensure proper accounting of facilities
• Conduct audits of OSP projects to ensure compliance with NESC standards and TDS OSP standards
• Review reports from field personnel and contractor invoicing for accuracy and quality of work
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines and manage necessary right-of-way, easements, and permits

• Associate Degree (or higher)
  -OR- 2+ years of professional work experience
• 2+ years of experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Understanding of Telecommunications industry and principles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Experience in OSP Construction and/or Engineering (fiber or copper or coax)
• Project Management experience
• Fiber optic implementation experience
• Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS or other GIS tools
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
