• Work with the Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement team on implementing and tracking solutions at various stages of the process
• Interact with our plant floor personnel to gather data and solve problems with designs
• Work with the Continuous Improvement and Management teams on data collection, 5S implementation, and other Continuous Improvement Focused Activity
• Support Safety related projects

• In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, mechatronics engineering, or other associated degree
• Experience in data collection and analysis
• Good ability to mobilize people around your project
• Team spirit

• Sense of organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
