Key ResponsibilitiesSupports production operations by applying fundamental engineering principles to improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain process documentation. Works under close supervision while developing knowledge of manufacturing systems, equipment, and quality standards.
Key Deliverables of the PositionEducation and Experience
- Beginning knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 0–2 years of manufacturing or engineering experience
- Works under direct supervision
