MNC CNC Machinist Position

The CNC Machinist contributes to the production of medical devices by operating multi‑axis CNC machines and managing tasks across multiple machines.

• Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously, including lathes, mills, and plunge machines.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure proper program execution.
• Complete shop work orders, inspection documentation, and daily maintenance sheets.
• Create offsets and adjustments to machines under moderate supervision.
• Advocate for health and safety of self, co‑workers, customers, and the community.
• Support quality and compliance by following Quality Management System procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Complete all required training.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Lean Manufacturing experience (Preferred).
• Experience in medical device manufacturing (Preferred).
• At least 1 year operating machining equipment in a manufacturing environment (Preferred).
• Independent operation of CNC mills or lathes (Required).
• Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers, height gauges, and indicators (Required).
• Reading basic blueprints (Required).

• Machining trade school education (Preferred).
