Set up and operate fabrication equipment including CNC punch press, CNC Laser, CNC press brakes, manual shear, mechanical presses and die sets;
Program CNC press brakes and adjust parameters within CNC controls on punch press and laser;
Perform basic daily maintenance on fabrication equipment;
Read and interpret fabrication blueprints and GD&T, shop orders and routings;
Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.) to inspect production parts and report discrepancies;
Follow 5S methodology and assist in training other operators in the fabrication department
