MIG Welder (Structural Steel)
Location: Wetumpka, AL
Pay: Starting at $20/hour (+$2/hour shift differential for evening shift)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday
Day
Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (+$2/hr differential)
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable MIG Welder to join our team in Wetumpka. This position involves structural steel welding in a fast‑paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints and performing accurate welds in multiple positions.
Key Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding on steel for structural components
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Weld in vertical and horizontal positions with precision
- Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
- Experience with MIG welding (steel) required
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Proficiency in vertical and horizontal welding
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work full shifts and maintain consistent attendance
- Reliable transportation to Wetumpka facility
