Wayne-Sanderson Farms is hiring a Floor Associate for the 1st shift at the Alabama Union Springs Plant. You will maintain a clean area around your line and wash the floor during breaks, keeping production running smoothly and safely.
Full-time role with a starting pay of $18.40 per hour plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Benefits are available from day one, and you must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours in a fast-paced poultry processing environment.
