Position Overview
TWB, a joint venture of Worthington Steel and BAO Steel Company, is a leading manufacturer of tailor welded blanks. This manufacturing role supports automotive production in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits- Starting pay of $20.13 per hour plus shift differential

1st Shift – Continental: 5am–5pm
Work 48 hours one week and 36 hours the following week. The rotation is 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on / 2 days off, alternating weekly.
Examples: 48‑hour week – work Monday&Tuesday, off Wednesday&Thursday, work Friday Saturday&Sunday (Sunday counted in the 36‑hour week). 36‑hour week – off Monday&Tuesday, work Wednesday&Thursday, off Friday Saturday&Sunday.
- Process customer orders in a timely manner
- Ensure the timely flow of material, contributing to process efficiency
- Move material to/from a machine using a forklift and/or crane safely and efficiently
- Load coils onto payoff reels and transport processed material to the packaging line
- Oversee order changeovers on regular orders and set up machines offline
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Complete knowledge of all functions of machine operation
- Computer knowledge – Oracle operating system
- Basic writing and math skills
- Ability to read all measuring devices
- Knowledge of hazard communication and hazard energy procedures
- Ability to lead by example, coach, and train in basic machine setup and operation
- Ability to make quality decisions for minor defects and select proper tooling for setups
- Understanding of safety training and procedures manuals
- Ability to perform required quality checks and surface inspection of material
- Six months of previous material handling experience or equivalent knowledge
- Forklift and/or crane license
- Required OSHA safety training provided
