Production Associate – Night Shift

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to support a fast-paced automotive manufacturing operation in Montgomery, Alabama. This facility specializes in tire and wheel assembly and provides value-added manufacturing support services to major automotive manufacturers and suppliers. The work environment is production-driven and focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and production-related tasks in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Assemble tire and wheel components according to production specifications and quality standards.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility.
• Operate hand tools, production equipment, and material handling equipment as trained.
• Inspect products for quality and identify defects or discrepancies.
• Follow standardized work instructions and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and customer demands.
• Assist with inventory movement, packaging, labeling, and shipping preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or material handling required.
• Experience working in an automotive manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned night shift schedule.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Automotive assembly or automotive supplier manufacturing experience.
• Tire and wheel assembly experience.
• Warehouse material handling and production support experience.
• Experience working with quality-focused manufacturing processes.
