Production Supervisor
CLASSIFICATION:
Non-Exempt
Responsible for managing the team involved in production processes. This is a temp to perm position, with 30-day probationary period. Pay is weekly and OT is available.
Responsibilities- Lead/Train line staff/production line.
- Prepares/closes shippers/prepare reports.
- Keeps a solid flow of labels to the team.
- Leads 5S standards with down time.
- Works with team members on following safety and company policies.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two years related experience or equivalent.
- Leadership experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communications skills.
Required to do a 30-day probationary period.
