Job

Duties include:

• Install, repair, and maintain conveyor belt systems
• Join or repair damaged belt ends using heat, cold joining, or mechanical splicing
• Diagnose issues like belt slippage, misalignment, or mechanical failures
• Swap out broken pulleys, bearings, and motors to keep operations running smoothly
• Perform belt mapping, audits, and routine inspections to avoid unexpected equipment breakdowns

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, Technical/Trade school or equivalent experience
• At least 2+ years of manufacturing work experience in operating machinery and using various hand tools
• Ability to read and comprehend shop work orders
• Ability to read and interpret measuring devices
• Able to complete basic mathematical functions
• Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
• Starting pay $16.74 per hour
