Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Plasma CNC Saw Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience operating CNC plasma cutting equipment and be proficient in operating a Robo Rail system. This position requires a dependable individual with a strong understanding of fabrication processes, blueprint reading, and quality control standards.

• MUST have previous experience operating a Plasma CNC Saw.
• MUST have experience operating a Robo Rail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and cut lists.
• Experience with structural steel fabrication and processing.
• Knowledge of measuring tools and quality inspection procedures.
• Ability to safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Operate and monitor CNC plasma cutting equipment and saw systems.
• Set up machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
• Operate Robo Rail equipment for cutting and processing structural steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings.
• Verify dimensions and inspect finished materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a manufacturing/fabrication environment.
Ability to safely handle steel materials and equipment.
