Marketing Content Creator

Overview and Role Summary

Torresdey Motors is seeking a Marketing / Content Creator to join our team. The role involves maintaining website inventory, producing social media content, supporting marketing campaigns to drive dealership exposure and sales, managing internet traffic, generating appointments, and following up throughout the buying process.

• Oversee and upload new inventory into the website and DMS.
• Establish sales deals and pricing for new inventory.
• Develop marketing plans or strategies.
• Estimate marketing cost and advertising campaigns.
• Assist with customer service and other office duties (answering phone calls, printing plates, etc.).
• Create advertising promotions and giveaways (specials of the week).
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
• Assist the Internet Sales Manager with leads (phone and internet).

• Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field.
• Experience as a supervisor, manager, or sales person is a plus.
• Excellent time‑management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and ad platforms such as Adobe Spark, Capcut, and Canva.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• High school diploma or GED required; a college degree or related licensing preferred.
• Knowledgeable in both English and Spanish preferred.

Job Type: Full‑time. Pay: $400.00 – $600.00 per week.

Schedule:

8‑hour shift Monday through Friday, weekends as needed.

Work Location:

El Paso, TX 79915. In person. Ability to commute and relocate required.
