About the Role

Health Services, Inc. is seeking two dedicated and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNP) to join our clinical team in Montgomery, AL
. We have immediate opening in our Adult Primary Care Clinic
.

As a CRNP at Health Services, Inc., you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work within a collaborative environment to manage acute and chronic conditions, promote wellness, and improve health outcomes for the River Region community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Care: Conduct physical assessments, diagnose, and treat common acute illnesses and injuries.
  • Chronic Disease Management: Monitor and manage long-term health conditions (e.g., hypertension/diabetes for Adults).
  • Preventative Medicine: Order and interpret diagnostic tests, administer vaccinations, and perform wellness exams (Annual Physicals).
  • Patient

    Education:

    Counsel patients and families on nutrition, preventative care, and prescribed treatment plans.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow and integrated care.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Licensure: Current, unrestricted license to practice as a CRNP in the State of Alabama.
  • Certification: Board certification in your specialty (AGNP/FNP for Adult Clinic) preferred.
  • Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an outpatient or community health setting is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Competencies: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR). Athena Health is a plus.
