Overview
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) seeks a Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide specialized nursing care in our in‑center hemodialysis units. The RN ensures safe care and high‐quality outcomes for patients with chronic kidney disease.
Schedule30 hours per week: three 10‑hour shifts starting at 8:00 AM;
Sundays off; no overnight shifts.
Hourly pay range: $35–$42, based on nursing and dialysis experience.

- Prepare dialysis machines, alarms, and supplies; ensure quality standards.
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies.
- Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching.
- Monitor patients during dialysis; assess changes and communicate with physicians and families.
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
- Follow CDC/CMS infection‑control regulations.
- Participate in patient‑care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews.
- Document patient‑education efforts.
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
- Assist with medication inventory maintenance.
- Lead a small patient‑care team.
- Contribute to onboarding of new staff as directed.
- Perform additional tasks as requested.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated clinical excellence.
- Desire to collaborate with care teams.
- Strong problem‑solving ability.
- Accredited nursing degree required.
- Dialysis experience not required; job‑shadow opportunities available.
- Three months of comprehensive training, including classroom and one‑on‑one sessions.
- New graduates encouraged to apply.
