Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in Interventional Radiology is responsible for providing care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including performing biopsies, UFE s, kyphoplasties, port placement, diagnostic angiograms, and various interventional procedures. The RN will also assist in emergency situations and provide patient support throughout pre and post-procedural periods.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in procedure rooms and pre/post areas.
• Administer moderate sedation and manage critical patient conditions.
• Assist with various interventional arterial and venous procedures.
• Coordinate care with charge nurse and support team during procedures.

Requirements:

• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Proficiency in ICU care, moderate sedation, and medication titration.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically Cerner.
• Ability to work on call and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
