Adoration Home Health in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home health team. You will provide patient-centered care in clients' homes, following individual care plans and ensuring comfort and safety during visits from 8:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday.
The role requires an active LPN/LPT/LVN license, a valid driver’s license, and CPR certification. Previous home health experience is preferred and you will document nursing actions and progress toward goals.
