Qualifications and Skills Required- Active, current LPN/LVN license in the state or compact license eligibility
- Experience in long-term or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Ability to adhere to compliance standards, including vaccination requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Providing direct patient care during rotating shifts (18:00-06:00)
- Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance
- Following safety and infection control protocols
- Working within a team to deliver quality healthcare services
