The RN shall supervise nursing staff on shift, weekends and holidays, to ensure quality and continuity of patient care. She/he will apply the nursing process in patient assessments, care planning and interventions, and will collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
Degree in Nursing is required, BSN preferred. Active RN licensure and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area assigned.
