Anesthesia Attendant, Marshall Medical Centers South, OR 1st shift

Anesthesia attendants assist CRNA's & anesthesiologists in preparing each OR for cases, maintaining the stock drug and supplies inventory, key in daily charges & check all against the anesthesia record, clean & maintain equipment, turn over rooms between cases, prepare PAT sheets and charts, and assist CRNA's during inductions and regional anesthetics and /or difficult cases. The techs work under the direction of the CRNA's.

High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred. College Preferred, but not required

Must have advanced computer skills and demonstrate clerical aptitude. Surgical /Medical terminology course preferred.
