Weekend RN Supervisor Saturday & Sunday | Day Shift
We are currently accepting applications for a Weekend RN Supervisor to join our long-term care and rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatric care.
This position is ideal for a dependable and experienced Registered Nurse who is committed to providing excellent resident care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining a positive and professional environment. The Weekend RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing operations each weekend.

- Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Alabama
- Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be dependable and comfortable supervising nursing staff and resident care
- Oversee the daily nursing care and clinical needs of residents each weekend
- Supervise and provide leadership to nursing staff
- Ensure resident care is provided according to established plans of care, policies, and procedures
- Monitor changes in resident condition and ensure appropriate follow-up and communication
- Assist staff with clinical concerns and resident care needs
- Ensure accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Promote a safe, professional, and resident-centered environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, nursing staff, and administration
