Home Infusion RN Opportunity – Montgomery, AL!
We’re hiring a Registered Nurse to provide in-home infusion therapy and skilled nursing care to patients throughout the Montgomery area.
What You’ll Do:- Provide skilled nursing and IV infusion therapy in patients’ homes
- Complete patient assessments and develop/implement individualized care plans
- Administer IV medications, start peripheral IVs, and maintain IV access
- Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and care needs
- Monitor patient response, identify potential adverse reactions, and communicate changes in condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in care planning/discharge planning
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while working independently in the home setting
- Active RN license in the applicable state(s)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel to patient homes
- Strong assessment, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and provide safe, high-quality patient care
