The Quality and Receiving Supervisor is responsible for conducting final inspections of finished products and reviewing quality documentation to ensure compliance with customer specifications and applicable industry standards. This role also ensures accurate, organized, and efficient management of PTFF inventory within the facility. In support of the Sales, Quality, and Operations teams, the Supervisor verifies product conformity, reviews material test reports (MTRs) and inspection records, and compiles objective quality evidence (OQE) packages.
Additionally, this position plays a critical role in maintaining product traceability, supporting internal and external audits, and ensuring all documentation meets contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all activities within facility. These activities include receiving, receiving inspection, inventory storage, and ensuring efficient and accurate pick-and-pack operations.
- Lead the investigation and resolution of quality issues and material rejections related to facility operations.
- Oversee the facilities final inspection associate and provide support and guidance when issues arise with material pulled for shipment.
- Responsible for reviewing quality documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable industry standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Some College Desirable.
- 2-5 years of experience in quality inspection or documentation review, preferably in manufacturing or metals.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with inspection tools and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
