• Ensure the company’s production follows the quality compliance all time
• Perform product quality check and testing activities before and after production
• Maintain clean and safe workplace and ensure the team follows company procedure and policies
• Analyze the existing system and implement action plans for quality improvement
• Manage customer’s complaints regarding quality issues and direct team accordingly
• Perform investigations for quality issues and analyze data for improvement
• Ensure everyone in the company follows safety protocol and report any unsafe environment
• Communicate closely with Production Department for any quality issues
• Build and maintain a professional relationship with team member for effective communication
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a similar technical field is preferred, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a similar role within the manufacturing, or automotive
• Certification in internal auditing will be huge plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
