Plan for each shift (i.e., crew positioning, stock levels) and monitor crew performance during the shift;
Maintain safety and security during the shift; ensure cash controls are in place during the shift (safe contents, skims, deposits, cash +/-);
Oversee profitability of the shift; manage labor and food cost;
Manage crew schedules; enforce labor laws and company policies; drive and expect a high level of performance from the team;
Supervise and lead food safety procedures and cleanliness measures to meet McDonalds standards
