Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food meeting Chick‑fil‑A standards
• Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness
• Stay updated on new Chick‑fil‑A products
• Adhere to safety protocols and report maintenance issues
• Complete assigned tasks and follow dress code
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Consistent, reliable, and detail‑oriented
• Cheerful, positive attitude with a love for serving others
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to multi‑task and work well independently and in a team
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to lift and carry 20‑30 lbs and stand for long periods
