About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in banking, which helped build my passion for customer service, relationship-building, and helping people make informed financial decisions.

Community involvement is a huge part of who we are as an agency. I stay active with the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce and volunteer through my local church. Our office regularly participates in food drives, turkey giveaways, feeding the homeless, and other community events because giving back is something we genuinely value.

- State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist
- State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
