- Inspire a sales team and create exceptional customer experiences in a retail store.
- Lead team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
- Inspire, train, and coach team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify selling skill gaps and develop and implement plans to meet/exceed sales metrics and quotas.
- Lead store operations: analyze staffing needs, report financial/sales data, manage cash, meet compliance, open trouble tickets to maintain store uptime.
- Monitor inventory, restock shelves, maintain device security, and manage store cleanliness.
- Manage store merchandising and planogram compliance.
- Complete store opening and closing activities.
We’re hiring immediately and this isn’t your average leadership position! You can earn between $42,000 and $55,000 annually in base pay, plus up to $25,000 a year in commissions if your team hits all your sales goals. Planning to go above and beyond? Our top performers increase their commission payouts by an additional $3,000 annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.

We’re searching for a confident leader who collaborates, inspires, and drives results. You’re equally good at leading team members and engaging with customers. You manage multiple priorities while providing attentive detail to all.
Requirements- Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and additional shifts during peak periods.
- Ability to drive positive results in a cohesive environment with commission structure.
- Negotiation and conflict negotiation skills, ability to build trust and influence.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Capacity to balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
