PT Support Lead

Five Below is a leading retailer focused on delivering high‑quality, low‑priced products. As a Support Lead, you will support store operations and help drive sales while ensuring a superior customer experience.

• Support the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager with front‑end operations and personnel direction.
• Serve as Manager on Duty, delivering results, driving key performance indicators, and fostering brand loyalty.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and readiness for customers.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures and perform supervisory duties when the manager is absent.
• Train and coach associates on customer service, cash handling, SOPs, and merchandising.
• Resolve and communicate store issues to supervisors or corporate office.
• Control cash handling procedures, authorize register functions, and prepare bank deposits.
• Support payroll processing and ensure budgeting requirements are met.
• Execute merchandising procedures and maintain stockroom organization.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks, including sanitation, waste removal, and storage organization.
• Track and report sales, ADS, CSAT scores, and expense control.
• Other duties assigned by the Store Manager to meet store needs.
• Engage with customers via telephone and face‑to‑face communication.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving merchandise up to 25 lbs and operating on ladders or in stock rooms.

• High school graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of management experience.
