Maintain prompt, regular store attendance and execution of operational processes including shipment and replenishment, merchandise resets, planograms, inventory procedures, and displays;
Keep fixtures stocked and facing, maintain cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area;
Protect assets by following loss prevention best practices and provide exceptional guest service;
Adhere to policies, procedures, and dress code; collaborate with Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet store goals;
Participate in ongoing brand/category training to enable professional development and drive sales performance
