Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Representative to expand our customer base. This is a full-time role, offering uncapped earning potential through aggressive commission rates. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT sales, a strong network, and the ability to close deals in educational institutions and government agencies.
Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within K-12 schools, higher education, and government agencies.
- Promote and sell 525 Technologies services and solutions portfolio
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers such as IT directors, school administrators, and procurement officers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to closing and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the 525 Technologies team to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closed sales.
- 1 to 2 Years of Sales experience a plus, however you will receive training and coaching from industry experts
- Existing network of contacts in K-12 schools, higher education, or local/state government is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with public sector RFPs, procurement processes, and purchasing cycles is a bonus.
- Ability to present solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Base + uncapped commission (first-year OTE $60K–$70K+)
