DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy and positive motivated individual to join our sales team. As a Salesperson at Holmes Motors in Montgomery, AL, you will drive sales by providing exceptional customer service and utilizing a strong social media presence to engage potential customers.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car buying process.
- Leverage social media platforms to expand our customer base and promote our inventory.
- Create weekly social media content (short videos, pictures).
- Offer in-depth knowledge of our in-house financing options, including no-credit-check deals.
- Work with daily leads provided, make a set amount of calls and texts.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong presence on social media platforms; willingness to be on camera, photos or videos.
- Create your own social media content weekly (e.g., Facebook Reels, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Guaranteed base pay plus commission.
