At Holmes Motors, we specialize in used and lease car sales. We own all our inventory outright, enabling us to facilitate deals that others can’t. We offer in-house financing and no-credit-check options to our customers, making car ownership accessible to a broader audience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy and positive motivated individual to join our sales team. As a Salesperson at Holmes Motors in Montgomery, AL, you will drive sales by providing exceptional customer service and utilizing a strong social media presence to engage potential customers.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car buying process.
• Leverage social media platforms to expand our customer base and promote our inventory.
• Create weekly social media content (short videos, pictures).
• Offer in-depth knowledge of our in-house financing options, including no-credit-check deals.
• Work with daily leads provided, make a set amount of calls and texts.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong presence on social media platforms; willingness to be on camera, photos or videos.
• Create your own social media content weekly (e.g., Facebook Reels, Tik Tok, etc.).
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
• Valid driver’s license.
