Job Summary

Windows USA seeks experienced Outside Sales Consultants to operate as Outside Sales Employees. This unique position enables individuals to receive health benefits as an employee while maintaining 1099 tax status under Section
3508. The role is designed for proven closers who excel at in‑home sales presentations, consultative home‑improvement sales, and are highly motivated by performance‑based earnings. Successful candidates are self‑directed, professional, and confident in managing their own sales pipeline while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to pre‑set and self‑generated residential sales appointments.
  • Conduct in‑home consultations and product demonstrations.
  • Present and sell Windows USA products using approved pricing, tools, and materials.
  • Perform accurate measurements and complete all required sales documentation.
  • Utilize iPads and CRM tools to manage customer information and proposals.
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and customer‑focused sales practices.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to support a seamless customer experience.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain availability for 15 or more weekly appointments, including evenings and weekends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Prior outside, commission‑based sales experience; home improvement preferred.
  • Strong closing skills in a consultative, in‑home environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer‑first mindset.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and accountable.
  • Comfortable using technology, including iPads and CRM platforms.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2years of sales experience, home improvement preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a field‑based schedule of 15 or more weekly appointments.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned market, typically within a 90‑mile radius.
  • Criminal background check required.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail for measurements and quoting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50pounds and climb ladders as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Commission‑only compensation structure.
  • Uncapped earning potential; top performers historically earn $150,000 to $300,000 or more annually based on performance.
  • Weekly commission payouts.
  • Performance incentives, recognition programs, and travel rewards.
  • Eligibility for select company‑sponsored benefit programs, including health‑related offerings, subject to plan terms.
Training and Readiness

All Outside Sales Representatives (OSE) must complete Sales Certification before independently representing the Company in the field. Measurement Certification may follow; until completed, measurements must be conducted by a certified representative.

Working Conditions

The role requires frequent travel to residential customer locations, including evenings and weekends. It involves in‑home consultations, ladder use, and physical movement associated with measuring and product demonstration.
