Renewal by Andersen is the largest window manufacturing company in North America. Due to growth, high demand, and upcoming expansions, we are looking to add dedicated design consultants to our team. We are currently staffing our Birmingham, Huntsville, and Montgomery (Alabama) locations. We are looking for experienced sales consultants who are driven by success.

The pay structure is 1099 & commission based. The average Design Consultant will earn between $1,500 to $2,500 per signed agreement with the ability to earn $150,000 to $225,000 per year.

Our Sales Consultants are responsible for conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.

Schedule:

Homeowners can schedule appointments 7 days per week at 11am, 2pm, or 5pm Monday–Friday (weekends as needed).

• 1099 contract, in-person sales position

• Effectively communicate our value during in‑home product demonstrations
• Measure windows and doors, analyze home improvement projects, and answer construction‑related questions
• Follow up on quotes and completed jobs
• Make follow‑up calls to past customers, manage notes on customer interactions
• Seek out referrals from customers and community contacts
• Track and monitor performance against quotas
• Communicate job details to team members

• 3 years of sales / outside sales experience
• College degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• In‑home or outside sales experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments many evenings and weekends
• Ability for frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, climbing stairs
• Ability for occasional reaching from floor to at or above shoulder level
• Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55 lbs and place them on raised surfaces
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and must have valid state motor vehicle operator’s license
