This is not a receptionist role.

You’ll spend your day building relationships, following up with leads, conducting studio tours, closing memberships, supporting existing members, and representing Club Pilates throughout the community.

• Guide prospective members through the complete sales process, from first inquiry to membership.
• Conduct engaging studio tours and personalized consultations.
• Sell memberships, private training, retail, and specialty programs.
• Follow up consistently with prospective members using Club Ready CRM.
• Build relationships that create long-term member loyalty.
• Participate in community outreach including local businesses, networking events, health fairs, farmers markets, and studio events.
• Track personal sales performance and work toward monthly goals.
• Collaborate with your team to create an exceptional member experience.
