Job Overview

Part‑time retail sales associate – regular work.

Location:

Walmart 5348, Montgomery, AL (ZIP 36107). Immediate hiring with paid training available.

• Work in the wireless services section of the Walmart store.
• Engage consumers about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Learn how to uncover consumer desires and overcome objections.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate successes.
• No door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing activities.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by minimizing rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Flexible schedule – evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.

• Average weekly earnings between $600 and $800.
